ABYSS-7 has been received 23 times since September 2021. It originates from a fixed location at 10,890m depth in Challenger Deep. Its complexity index is 0.94. No known organism is capable of producing sound at this depth and frequency. No geological mechanism has been proposed that fits the signal profile.
